By purchasing the Be TERRIFIC Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to protect the integrity of the course and the rights of the creator.
Intellectual Property Protection
All course content, materials, and resources are protected by copyright and trademark law. This includes written materials, videos, audio files, workbooks, and any downloadable or viewable content.
No part of this course may be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, scanned, screenshotted, emailed, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from Be TERRIFIC 101, LLC.
This policy exists to prevent piracy and unauthorized distribution of the course content.

Device Access Policy
Each course purchase allows access on up to three personal devices owned by the original purchaser.
These typically include:

To protect our Digital Rights Management (DRM) and course integrity, document access is digitally tracked. Sharing your course access with others is strictly prohibited.
Workbook Usage
To complete the activities in the Be TERRIFIC Workbook, you will need to use two devices simultaneously:

One device to read the activity questions

A second device to type or dictate your responses into your digital "Be TERRIFIC Game Plan for Success Notebook."
This design is intentional to enhance your focus and engagement. It is also a key reason why the workbook and course materials must not be shared.

Anti-Piracy Policy
Be TERRIFIC 101, LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use, duplication, and distribution of its course content. We reserve the right to take legal action and revoke access for any user found violating these terms.

Violation of Terms
Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your course access.
